Retail/Gallery/Studio Space For Lease

Become part of the historic Palace Hotel by occupying the main lobby space.  This gives easy acess to display art, retail sales, & host events.  We're seeking  long-term tenants/community members to help build an engaging community space for creatives and entreprenuers.  We will consider multiple user and shared/flex space concepts as long our monthly lease-rate is met.
