Load the gear up top the SUV, pack up the kids and dog, and head to your designated parking spot next to the Arkansas River and Tenderfoot Mountain.  Store your bikes and kayaks on the roomy patio and head inside to a full kitchen, large bathroom and king-sized bed.  There is nothing small here.

You'll be located near Riverside Park, the skate park, restaurants, bars, brewery and distillery.  Grab a bite before your adventure and then enjoy a drink afterward.
