Seth Shank is a Salida native who claims to know more about coffee than himself. After a stint in competitive snowboarding Seth discovered his passion for coffee in Oregon at Case Coffee Roasters . This opened up a whole new world of roasters, brewing and servicing machines. His coffee adventures have stretched from Oregon to Maine visiting four to five coffee shops a day.
